We are an award-winning fine dining establishment in New Farm, Brisbane. Our kitchen team is renowned for creating innovative, seasonal menus. We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff • Contribute to menu development • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met • Manage food costs and wastage
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in fine dining • Formal culinary qualification preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Passion for seasonal and local produce
